Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Minimum three years job-related experience
Understanding of Indonesia primary health care system
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong oral and written Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting PHC or community health systems
English language fluency desired
Candidates currently living in Maros preferred
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
