  • Participate and execute a risk-focused Global SOX Program based on the company’s risk assessment.
  • Identify process and control design and operational deficiencies and effectively communicate them to SOX Leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with remediation plan agreements between business stakeholders and SOX leadership and support remediation plan reviews.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • CPA, CA, CMA, CIA and/or CISA
  • At least two (2) years of SOX compliance experience
  • Big 4 integrated-audit experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
