Current or temporary Texas Physical Therapy license
Basic Life Support certification
Doctoral degree or residency/fellowship for direct access practice
Ability to lift 75–100 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds
Work Rights
Current or temporary license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board or Compact Commission
