Manage all risk aspects including conduct and credit risk, ensuring all team members are fully compliant to enhance great customer outcomes.
As a senior member of the MTL leadership team the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against the key strategic goals of the business including exceeding P&L targets, securing balance sheet growth, increasing market share, enhancing client satisfaction, maintenance of a strong controls environment as well as coaching & developing their team.
