Job Summary

• The Client Services Analyst is an on-site position and will work closely with other IT subject matter experts in a large geographically dispersed corporation.
• As the IT Client Services/Desktop Support, you will have an opportunity to work as primary point of contact on site for all IT issues and will support local technology needs for end user community for Business Units both onsite and remote.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years well-rounded IT experience
• On-site work week with on-call availability
• Basic understanding of outside telephone and Cisco VOIP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Mac desktop OS
• Experience in a large corporation with multiple locations
• Proven track record of providing SLAs and Service Desk deliverables
