• The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, including quality move-in, resident satisfaction, and timely service.
• Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, completing resident service requests, maintaining grounds and common areas, and performing preventative maintenance.
