The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for working in conjunction with other members of the sales and events staff to market, sell contract and detail events at Mayo Civic Center.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Base: $75,000 - $80,000; Bonus/Equity: Bonus Potential; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan

Key Requirements
Minimum four (4) years sales related experience
Associate degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred
