  • The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead and transform the organization’s end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of billing, reimbursement, and accounts receivable processes.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing billing operations across multiple payer types, monitoring and improving key revenue cycle metrics, and implementing strategies to reduce aging AR and improve cash flow.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, with strong experience in Medicaid and government payer billing and a deep knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement structures.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field

  • Strong Medicaid and government payer billing experience
  • Experience improving revenue cycle processes in growing organization
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and payer regulations
  • Technical aptitude with revenue cycle systems and reporting tools
