Key Requirements
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in metallic component manufacturing fundamentals
Familiarity with Aerospace specifications and processes
Experience working with gears or transmission components
Structured problem solving (RCCA/8D)
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
Leading PPAP and/or PFEMA activities
