The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of their supervisor while adhering to regulatory and Extendicare's standards, policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care and hygiene, observing and reporting changes in condition, and providing cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support.
