Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1 year of experience with CNC milling machines
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with machine setup and tool changes
Proficiency in part inspection using calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of program adjustments for performance improvement
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of ProtoTRAK or similar CNC programming
Ability to run multiple machines simultaneously
Strong problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude
