Must-have
Extensive Revenue Cycle experience front-end to back-end
Epic EHR system proficiency required
Manager or Director level leadership experience
Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding standards
Experience presenting to executive level leaders
Nice-to-have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Lean Six Sigma methodology expertise
Consulting or analytics background preferred

Key Requirements
Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Nursing, or related field
Seven years total progressive experience in Revenue Cycle if no Associate's degree
Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Professional Biller (CPB)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables, formulas, and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience with CMS process rules, payer reimbursement strategies, DRG, APC, and OPPS
