Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility tasks.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding protected health information, reporting accidents, and observing residents for skin breakdowns or behavioral changes.
