The Toro Company is seeking a Service Representative II specializing in Mechanical and Technical Writing to provide technical support and documentation for its outdoor equipment products. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong communication skills, and experience in customer support, while the position offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment
Job Summary
Respond to and resolve technical inquiries quickly and accurately along with performing technical research to quickly identify product issues and provide technical product support.
This role will require 5-days on site during training. After training, the current team works 3-days on campus, with optional 2-days remote.
The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
