Job Summary
The Facilities Technician I performs scheduled and unscheduled building maintenance tasks such as general maintenance, carpentry, electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, plumbing, power plant, painting, and building and grounds.
Provides a timely and effective response to unanticipated facility needs minimizing risks to patients and team members to maintain safety and avoid interruption of service.
Attends training sessions and seminars to achieve and/or maintain qualifications or certifications.
