Job Summary
This two-year program is designed to develop future supply chain leaders through exposure to leadership, education, and mentorship across various disciplines.
Participants will complete four six-month rotational assignments in different areas such as shop operations, lean manufacturing, warehousing, and global supply chain management.
GE Appliances provides relocation assistance for each move if assignment locations vary between rotations and offers flexible work arrangements.

Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation
Prior internship or co-op experience in supply chain
Willingness to relocate within the southeastern U.S.
Ability to work in a union environment

Demonstrated passion for supply chain and manufacturing
Analytical approach to problem solving
Two or more rotations of co-op experience with GE Appliances
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership experience
