Job Summary
Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle with a Digital focus for the Medical Image Merge (MIM) solution.
Researches and troubleshoots issues involving all aspects of GEHC Digital solutions, including configuration, network, cloud/on-premise interoperability, and enterprise system interfaces.
Requires basic experience in Services & Digital Customer Support Engineering, demonstrated customer service in a clinical environment, and fluency in English and at least one additional regional language.
