Job Summary
The Regional Customer Director (RCD) is a customer-facing field supporting the US Immunology Franchise, focusing on identifying and developing External Scientific Experts (ESEs).
This role captures insights, advances advocacy, builds partnerships, and grows advocacy with Rheumatologists and other targeted specialists.
The RCD serves as the lead point of contact for US commercial activities with ESEs in their geography and partners closely with global, Medical, US Commercial, and Compliance teams.

Salary
Base: $190,693 – $233,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: short-term incentive bonus opportunity, equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: qualified retirement program [401(k) plan], paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health benefits
