Job Summary
This role will lead recruiting, workforce planning, and employee retention across the growing organization, focusing on skilled field personnel.
The Workforce Development Manager will take ownership of identifying opportunities to improve employee tenure, strengthen the employee experience, and reduce turnover.
The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and requires periodic travel to company offices in Pennsylvania.
