Job Summary

  • Manage the maintenance activities of HSM in order to achieve the assigned targets such as minimize plant down time and increase the mill availability & consumption of spares with cost consciousness.
  • To lead a group of Sr. Technician & Technician and participate in quality in maintenance related development for defined standards.
  • Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment and to find out the root cause for corrective action.

  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
  • Total experience 4 years (Bachelor holder)
  • Total experience 10 years (Diploma holder)
  • 2-3 Years Technician experience Steel Plant
  • 5-6 years Supervisory experience Rolling Mill
  • 3 Years middle level Managerial Position
