The role involves providing essential care to high-acuity patients with conditions such as strokes, pneumonia, and sepsis on a fast-paced Neuro/Cardiac Telemetry unit.
Caregivers are responsible for performing treatment procedures including venous blood draws, Foley catheter removal, and setting up oxygen equipment while documenting all care in the electronic medical record.
The position requires working evening shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., including every other weekend and three holidays per year.
