Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance management, and personal illness.
Deal with unions, solicitors, and other workplace representatives in the resolution of cases in tribunals, Commissions, and/or Courts.
