Job Summary

  • The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on employment related matters, including misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance management, and personal illness.
  • Deal with unions, solicitors, and other workplace representatives in the resolution of cases in tribunals, Commissions, and/or Courts.

  • Well-developed problem solving ability
