Job Summary
Support/drive the successful execution of multiple capital projects within our West Point, PA portfolio.
The role is responsible for collaborating with design and construction partners, and driving equipment/process selection, design, startup and C&Q through all phases of the project.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Salary
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
10+ years engineering/operations experience related to vaccines or biologics
B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science
Experience with stage gate capital management process
Experience with chemical handling, biosafety, and containment
