The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and preparing them for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to follow all established policies and procedures.
