Job Summary
Supervise multiple locations, non-profit groups, and team members, ensuring a high level of customer service with a high standard of quality and cleanliness.
Maintain accurate cash/credit handling procedures, follow and enforce food and beverage department rules and alcohol policies, and ensure proper opening and closing of stands.
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform additional tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and working portables when needed.
