Job Summary

• Directs and coordinates the overall clinical and business operations of assigned departments and creates an environment that fosters patient and employee satisfaction, ensures maximum financial performance, and aids the providers and staff in achieving quality outcomes for the patients.
• Develops, implements, and oversees the operational goals, policies and procedures, operating and capital budgets for assigned departments.
• Ensures the fiscal solvency of Reid Health PACE Center by monitoring costs, negotiating contracts, and developing annual budgets.
