Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and safety violations immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
The role requires maintaining orderly and clean environments while assisting with daily activities such as meal transport, room preparation, and linen distribution.

Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
