Job Summary

  • Manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle.
  • Own the end-to-end operational data model for DGS Philippines, ensuring accurate, timely, and automated feeding of Philippines data into global DGS dashboards.
  • Lead productivity and efficiency initiatives, including AI-enabled process improvements, and partner with service-line leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute automation and optimization opportunities.
