** Westernslope Health Center is seeking a full-time caregiver for the night shift to provide routine care and services to residents. The role involves supporting daily activities, maintaining resident comfort, and ensuring adherence to care plans while fostering a warm and positive environment. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
