The Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, modifications ,and repairs on aircraft in compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and safety standards. The LAE ensures aircraft airworthiness and supports safe and efficient flight operations. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components. Certify aircraft for flight following completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation in accordance with regulatory authorities (e.g., CAAS, EASA). Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance manuals. Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules, modifications, and engineering projects. Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices in technical procedures and safety practices. Stay updated with regulatory changes, technical bulletins, and manufacturer service instructions. Required Experience, Competencies&Qualifications Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AML/LAE) issued by the relevant aviation authority (e.g., CAAS, EASA, FAA). Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and certification, preferably in the relevant aircraft type. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, structures, engines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and technical skills. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and compliance orientation. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be required to hold at least one type rating on an Airline Transport Category Aircraft; (Note: Specific Type Training (Bonded) will be offered t
