Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world class ServiceNow based solutions.
You will work closely with engagement leads, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring risk and quality standards are adhered to.
You will receive regular training and development opportunities and ability to achieve certifications to aid your personal development.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in consulting/professional services
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite
Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, Angular JS on ServiceNow
Deep understanding of ServiceNow integration technologies
Experience delivering solutions in complex client environments
Understanding of common business analysis techniques
Experience with agile and traditional methodologies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong drive and resilience
Passionate about areas of expertise and continuous learning
