Proficiency in AutoCAD/CCM Plus
Proficient in Plotting & Scanning
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Lead field survey teams
Survey independently
Time management
Proficient in Access
Communicate with outside consultants
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication skills
Client-facing
Ability to decipher MEP engineering files with assistance
Ability to navigate and provide guidance on AVS
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
Working knowledge of Revit is preferred
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of building systems and structures
