Job Summary
The Strategy & Operations, Consumer team is responsible for accelerating sustainable expansion across the Marketplace by unlocking new value for customers, merchants, and the platform.
You will identify winning strategies, design bold experiments to validate new ideas, and make investment decisions that strengthen the company's competitive position locally and at scale.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office (Melbourne or Sydney) and 2 days remote.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, growth, product, marketplace, or general management roles
Advanced proficiency with modern AI tools including ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code
