  • This role collaborates closely with physicians, APPs, nursing, critical care teams and pharmacy leadership, may float to critical care areas as needed and plays a key role in protocol-driven care pathways and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital offers a complete continuum of care, including emergency services, rehabilitation and outpatient care.

Key Requirements

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist

  • PGY2 Residency or PGY1 + 2 years experience
  • 4 years Clinical Specialist experience
