Job Summary

  • This role is focused on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex hardware and system issues, partnering closely with engineers, calibration teams, operators, IT groups, and third-party vendors to ensure maximum uptime and reliable test operations.
  • You will diagnose, repair, and replace PCs, rugged/semi-rugged laptops, peripherals, printers, plotters, and engineering accessories, as well as resolve device and component-level failures.
  • The role requires strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, laptops, peripherals, and engineering hardware, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
