Must-have
4-7 years semiconductor industry experience
PDC (Process, Diagnostics, Control) experience
Advanced mechanical aptitude with pneumatics hydraulics
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work in clean room environments
Nice-to-have
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
Passion for materials science innovation
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Key Requirements
Associate degree or military technical training
