The Regional Center of the East Bay is seeking a Director of Client Services to oversee and enhance case management services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Job Summary

  • The Director of Client Services provides strategic leadership and division-wide oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, equitable, and person-centered case management services for every individual and family served by the Regional Center of the East Bay.
  • This role is responsible for advancing the agency’s mission, values, and strategic priorities; ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) requirements; and developing strong, effective leadership capacity across the Client Services Division.

Key Requirements

  • Master Degree in social work, psychology or related field
  • Ten years of management/leadership experience
  • Five years in Regional Center system
  • Previous Regional Center system experience
  • Valid California driver's license
