  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all accidents and incidents observed.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while ensuring their comfort and safety.
