Delineate, coordinate, plan, and supervise tasks to improve and accelerate processes in Strategy Definition, Contracting Preparation, Contracting, and Contract Management.
Monitor and correct deviations in advance to prevent process impacts and track, report, and disseminate contracting process results.
Develop strategies and KPIs for technological contracting processes, conducting measurements and improvements, and ensuring information flow and communication among all involved parties.
