  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new employees according to regulations which includes but is not limited to philosophy and objectives of care, resident rights, safety, infection control and the policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Assist the DSD in scheduling and organizing in service Education programs and to maintain all required records.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including assisting in recording all incidents/accidents and filing in accordance with established policies and procedures.
