Job Summary
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all contractors and visitors to site are properly managed, in accordance with local procedures and that contractors work in accordance with their RAMS and all other policies and procedures that are applicable to their works.
Manage the delivery of small works schemes on site. Perform the duties of working at height Responsible person. Manage and mentor the CSO team arranging training as required.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Client and the IFM team and wider stakeholders.

IOSH NEBOSH National General Certificate (preferred)
