Job Summary
This role serves as a key enabler of Castro India performance unit HSE&C (Health, Safety, Environment & Carbon) agenda, ensuring alignment with bp’s Operating Management System (OMS) and regulatory expectations.
The role will be responsible for partnering with manufacturing sites, process engineering and engineering project teams to drive various HSSE&C initiatives and Projects.

Key Requirements
Graduate/Engineer in chemical or mechanical discipline with HSSE experience
HSSE professional with HSSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH diploma)
Minimum 8-12 years in HSSE domain
Experience in FMCG or oil and gas industry
Good knowledge of applicable HSSE regulatory requirements
Exposure to Risk assessments
Trained in Root cause analysis
In depth Knowledge in Environment and Sustainability
Hands-on experience in ISO 14001 and 45001 management systems
