Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years experience for Level 2 or 5+ for Level 3
  • Experience with FHA, FMEA, or SSAs
  • Knowledge of 14 CFR Part 25.1309 standards
  • Hands-on safety analysis development and review

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with SAE ARP-4754 and ARP-4761
  • Experience with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)
  • FAA pilot certificate or equivalent aviation experience
  • Cross-functional leadership and initiative
  • Knowledge of EICAS systems
