• Your responsibilities will span the full transaction lifecycle, including market screening and identification of potential targets or investors, preparing persuasive marketing materials such as comprehensive pitch books and customized presentations, and actively participating in negotiation processes through to deal signing and completion.

• Analytical thinking and strong financial acumen
• Advanced verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
