The Community Engagement Analyst will assist with the Liberty University All Hazard Emergency Management & Community Engagement Programs, focusing on technical and administrative duties to support strategic plans and program documents.
Key responsibilities include developing training programs, evaluating emergency management procedures, providing instruction on preparedness and crime prevention, and preparing reports related to the program.
The role requires extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding emergency services, disaster response, recovery, and mitigation, as well as planning, development, implementation, and assessment of emergency management programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelors / Master’s Degree
Current first aid and CPR certifications
DCJS Crime Prevention Specialist Certification or obtain within 1 year
CPTED Professional Designation or obtain within 1 year
International CPTED Certification or obtain within 2 years
Minimum of two (2) years in emergency services, public safety, or emergency management
Certified in NIMS or obtain within 1 year
Certified in ICS or obtain within 1 year
Certified IS 100, IS 200, IS 700, IS 800 within 6 months
Certified ICS 300, ICS 400 or obtain within 1 year
