Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles to solve complex problems and lead projects that advance technological capabilities.
  • You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System and contributing to the attainment of site Quality KPIs and the journey to 5 Sigma.
  • The role includes supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians and associate engineers while acting as a coach and mentor to model professional behaviors and disciplines.
