• Perform implant and instrument design work and lead multifunctional teams to advance assigned projects through the development process and launch into the market.
• Research, design, develop, modify, and verify mechanical components for medical devices, applying fundamental and advanced engineering principles to solve complex challenges.
• Independently create and refine engineering documentation, such as Design History Files, while adhering to R&D procedures including design controls and risk management.
