Job Summary

  • Lead the operation of a Distribution Center in support of company goals and provide input on all operations processes and results to the DC Manager.
  • Responsible for providing input to the DC Manager for departmental strategic and operations planning, financial management, operational reporting, fleet management, process improvement, compliance, and inventory management.
  • Manages performance of Assistant Manager and/or hourly associates, recognizing, training, coaching, counseling, and taking corrective action when warranted.
