This role is a key contributor to environmental compliance programs, leading inspections and monitoring systems across wastewater, stormwater, and hazardous waste operations.
The position requires hands-on work with facility systems while collaborating across teams to ensure full compliance with NPDES, IWP, and RCRA requirements.
Candidates will have the autonomy to identify issues and recommend improvements while partnering with leadership on larger decisions in a collaborative environment.

Key Requirements
Associate degree in Environmental Science or Engineering Technology
Class B Wastewater Treatment Operator License
3+ years of experience in maintenance or industrial operations
Ability to obtain/transfer license if not currently held
