  • Trains and certifies TSMs in various skills specific to their area or in additional skills to work in other areas within the distribution center.
  • Performs department functions when not training and re-tests TSMs on procedural changes and re-trains TSMs with low productivity or accuracy.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and may encounter various environmental conditions such as hot and cool temperatures, hazardous items, noise, and dust.
